Basilisk
This is an interesting read, specially if you build a 1/48 scale kit. http://scalemodels.webs.com/theme262in148scale.htm And here you have a nice portal to many walk around pages and other information. https://www.cybermodeler.com/aircraft/me262/me262_all.shtml Cheers, Peter
Mottlemaster
This is a 30 mm MK108 (30x90RB) HEI (High Explosive Incendiary) (M geschloss) (Streamlined Projectile) Aircraft Cannon Round pictured next to a trumpeter 1/32 fuselage for scale . These rounds are what made the 262 so destructive . Apparently only took 3 hits to destroy a Liberator or B-17 and one hit to totally disintegrate a fighter . Sgt.Squarehead
Not mine fella.....Just happened to have been looking at German WWII 30mm cannon recently. I've got a somewhat imaginative/dubious Alt-Luft (Most definitely not Luft-46!) project on the back-burner, it will hopefully feature the mighty Mk.103.
