Hello fellow modelers, I have pleasure to present you my Tamiya's HS 129, this is a first kit I have managed to finish on GB. The plane is in the markings  from Tunisia 1943, and it had been  painted  with Gunze paints plus Eduards photo-etched parts.

A trio of Valentine tanks. All from the same triple boxing from the Plastic Soldier. A really quick build and good fun as they pretty much fall together. The boxing has options for three versions, a MkII, MkIII and a MkIX, with or without skirts, hatches open or closed, along with 6 British tank commanders and 3 Russian. Painted with Humbrol (sand) and Citadel (green) paints.

Build thread here:

This is the ancient 1/72 Heller kit of the Curtiss 75 in French service. Despite the age of the kit and the fact that I think a mouse has tried to make a home in the box at some point in its history it went together really well.

Paints are by Sovereign so at least the colours are correct and despite my reservations the decals worksed just fine despite their age.

I decided to paint this aircraft in Vichy colours, which when you look at the Work in Progress you will see, was a decision I regretted, still happy with how it eventually turned out.

cheers Pat

Bristol Blenheim I, 30 Squadron RAF

Here's my effort using the Airfix MkI kit, brushpainted with Colourcoats and Humbrol enamels, Xtradecals transfers and finished with a coat of W&N matt varnish and a poster paint wash.

Here's the build thread, should you care to look:

Thanks to V-P for hosting the Group Build, I've enjoyed it (and have two to finish before Sunday.)

Mich to the chagrin of my better half, I've spent the evening finishing kits and here's another one.

It's the Eduard Spitfire VIII finished using Colourcoats and Humbrol enamels, and the boxing transfers as the personal aircraft of Air Vice Marshall Harry Broadhurst, commander of the DAF.

Very rare subject, highly detailed, excellent decals and resin, however certainly not for beginners.
