Radleigh
That is brilliant news! Just hope someone comes out with resin wheels as the kit ones are always bad... can't grumble though, we're getting a IM JetStar!!

Maybe they can include a figure of Gert Frobe going through the window!!nullMind you, I'm not convinced he WOULD fit through!! He was a big lad!. This is a very attractive subject but, past experience with Mach 2 kits has made me very wary of them!! Allan
Eric Mc
I see a new kit announcement of a type that I have always wished for - and my heart leaps. And then I see it's going to be released by Mach 2........

I get the same feeling whenever I see a new kit announcement of a type I have waited for years for - only to then discover it's resin!!null Allan
Paul J
Quite tempted. Have managed to complete a couple MAch kits in the ppast so know what to expect and not too frightened by them. Gold finger was mentioned above.. JBOT Decals does them in his range.
Branky
I had the Jetstar kits in my hands at the Moson Show (they were for sale indeed but i ran out of money... ) and must say that they looked quite nicely executed. Having built a few MACH 2 kits (Alize, Triton etc) I know they can be a bit challenging at times but nothing some moddeling skills and determination cannot overcome. The build up example in the glasscase looked very nice. I think Didier made a very nice kit here but the proof of the pudding is of course in the eating. One can of course also wait till Tamagawa release it... :-)

pinky coffeeboat
Look at the window line of the Mach2 kit. It's difficult to tell from the pictures but I'm hoping the two part fuel tanks have the wing profile moulded in to their mating faces.
Smudge
Has anyone bought a Jetstar, or possibly built one? I am tempted, but a little bit cautious. I'd like to see a build review by someone who knows a bit about the type. Such a cool looking jet. Edited January 17, 2019 by Smudge
