B737-200 Air China - wing exit walkway (escape) markings in 1988?

Recommended Posts

I'm currently building an Airfix B737-200 with an Air China (B-2507) livery but can't find any details overwing escape walkway markers.  The arrows on the wings leading to the back of the wing.  When did these become standard  and would they have been on B737-200 of Air China in 1988?

Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.

Anybody got an answer to this please?  Only a few days left for the Boeing 737 GB and I still don't know whether to apply decals for these or not.

cheers

Not conclusive but this link to a metal collectors model suggests walkways and gives info regarding wing lettering placement

Looking forward to seeing it completed
