Homebee
New in the Aviation Art ZM (for Zdeňka Macháčka) facebook page is a Fairey Britten Norman BN-2 Islander illustration. Considering Zdeňka Macháčka is the designer from most of the Valom and Fly kits box art... Wait and see. Some persistent rumours say it'll be a 1/48th kit. Keep my fingers crossed for a 1/48th BN-2 Islander complete family (Islander, Turbo Islander, Defender & Trislander). Just think of the uncredible number of military and civil schemes as well as variants for such a kit! Aeronut
I can't wait for the kit, but in the meantime at least I have a real one (ZG993) to photograph and put back together. 😉

Work In Progress
I want one of those so much. First aeroplane I ever flew in, a device of great sentimental attachment
Admiral Puff
And it's only logical for them to take it one stage further and make a Trislander. Besides, it would save me having to do the scratch build!
Team Aer Lingus
both 72/48 scales please 🙏🙏🙏
Colin @ Freightdog Models
Facebook post doesn't seem to mention a scale (if indeed its for a kit), only someone hoping for 1/48 kit? More likely in 1/72 maybe? Scrub that, just noticed '48' in one of the posts.... Colin Edited April 26, 2018 by Colin @ Freightdog Models

"Aviation Art ZM Dušan Jakovljević 48" Though the last question: Valom or FLY ? V.P. Edited April 26, 2018 by Homebee

Aeronut
I've just checked and I flew in LDV last year, but she wasn't in those markings. So that's two kits I'll be buying (LDV & 993)
Sabrejet
Yet again the small producers get it right while the likes of Tamigawaduard manage to churn out the tedious and all-too-familiar. I hope it sells and might be tempted to do a Belize Defence Force version.
Colin1967
I will be venturing into 1/48 scale for this release, particularly the military boxing's and can I assume their will be more than one military boxing ?? Can I hope for a new kit of these in 1/72 as well ??
71chally
Got to be a Brymon Airways or Isles of Scilly Skybus for me, had a few flights in those. Hopefuly BN-2Ts will follow, mind now wandering to a 1:48th Twin Otter!
Admiral Puff
A 1:48 Twotter would be the dog's whatnots. There is one already, but it's more a travel agent's model than anything else and would be a pig to turn into a proper replica. And so many more liveries!

fightersweep
Being a Southend lad, I'll be opting for any of the Harvest Air fleet from the 1980s. Hope to see a new 1/72 kit too. I like the Airfix kit a lot, but the eBay prices are silly.

The Tomohawk Kid
Hopefully Ray at 26 will scale up some or all of his 1/72 decals. http://www.26decals.com/epages/62035508.sf/en_GB/?ObjectID=79984&ViewAction=FacetedSearchProducts&SearchString=ISLANDER Thomo.
sinistervampire319
The first one I want to do is a Rhodesian one. Then some puddle jumpers from the Caribbean islands. St. Maarten, St. Barts, etc. Would love to see this evolve into other models as well. Like this. Oh happy days!
