Hi,

Searching for photos of ANT-4 from WWII times I bumped on this archive:

https://fotki.yandex.ru/next/users/jsokoloff/album/211677/view/1059629

There are two takes of ANT-4/Tb-1 but there is a lot (in total 464!) of other interesting takes. Be careful - at least twice I've noticed mistakes in type description like Polikarpov I-5 described as I-152. One is rally puzzling to - destroyed hydroplane with red stars of British look...Described in cyrylic as Fairey (?) Radial engine looks like Bristol. It is near Riga, possible ex-Latvian

Regards

Jerzy-Wojtek

P.S.

Here is Gladiator

Thanks! - it gives idea on look from top!

I went again through whole set of those photos and there are many mistakes in description of machine present on photos. The most often is description saying I-15 or f I-15 bis and on photo is I-5 or Gladiator (or rather remians of it)...

Many takes of Yak 2, Yak 4 and Archangielskij Ar-2.

I hope some of you will  found this set really very intersting as I found it ...

Cheers

Some interesting - or should that be infuriating - views of unusual camouflage schemes.

Yes, especially two tones R5 an three (?) Sb 2 (M 103 AFAIR)...
