John W Reid
Here is a backyard flyer that I scratch built using Wright wings. Back in the early part of the of the last century before and during WW1 would be aviators built aircraft in their backyards. The Wrights at the time were selling plans and engines to the public. This guy has built the Wright wings but the rest is of his own design. John W Reid
I am a little confused as to where to put completed old under construction aircraft builds. There doesn't seem to be a place for old under-construction builds??I tried to delete the tail pic but couldn't. John W Reid
All of my aircraft are in dioramas so what I will do is crop my pics to concentrate on the aircraft and the completed engines etc...Those who want to see the complete diorama please see the diorama section.Cheers! John W Reid
This is a Mercedes engine that I build for a wrecked Albatros in my diorama "Some say he walked away." In aviation lingo, it means that he survived.
