Hello Grey, Sure they were, but then, the rythm of the operations take its toll. But however, I will restrain myself. I use the flory as a post shading, it's ace in this sort of a job ! But I got it and finally, the brengun ones look better than the original parts ! My painting is awfull…. I will clean it up a bit Then the big serial Under the wing or more aptly… The barely visible serials…. Cutting these very thin decals is a nightmare... Today everythings go awry !! make me feelin' that way….🤬 So First of the I've used these decals from print scale When I used it, I noticed that it's very and I say VERY thin and fragile…. But, posed cautiously, on a coated surface, with Microsol and set, and some swearing... It has worked well, 5 days ago... Today, I floried a bit as a post shading Aaaaaand !! tatzaaaam !! the P is gone when I rubbed the tail... And on the other side ??? It's Royal Navy and the serial who has declared their independence….. Well I will use the remnants of the Airfix decal sheet of the Seafire FR 47 And I will make a Bidouille for the serial…. So Gents !! If you use these PrintScale stuff, BE EXTRA CAREFULL !! I used the Pyn up decals, very thin but strong enough, but here... I also sanded my Spitfire and the F4U-2... And the Sturzkampfflugzeuge…. Aaaah the german words…. I'm Always amazed... I spend a lot of time at school to memorize and pronounce… Schwunglichtmagnetzunder... It was writed on a Bosh technical scheme on the wall of the class I let you imagine what a tongue twister it was for my african classmates… Okay… Funny memories help to get rid of the decals'anger... It is when you fix Something with a thing that is obviously not made for that fixing Here's a best example of bidouille !! What ??? It is one of the first feminist movie !! Aaaaand It work... Now that pronounce Bee Doo iye and it also became a verb… And so it can be declined... Now if one of you know the English word for that, you're welcome !! sincerely. When involved in deep technical discussions at work, if we thought that there was a certain amount of BS going on we would slowly and carefully turn the discussion to include a retroencabulator. It is fun to watch as people think they understand the concept, then start repeating it... We got away with it for years before anyone twigged... 1 1

By the way, the P were too differents, so I installed the Airfix P on each side of the tail. The serial is less convincing but I have to live with the fact In fact the Numbers are these... The closest were the numerals of decals... Another funny things was the big underside serials, or more aptly what was left visible of these serials I coated the print scale decals and tomorrow or so I resume the Flory !! The Starfire stand on her legs, will be floried too !! More to come soon !! CC 4

Even with your. “bidouille” I think the term “Bodge” works well too, even though a bodge is seen as an inferior fix or a bad fix where as your term seems to be a good fix . I’ll have a think on it 🤪 sorry to hear about your decal woes. Are you gloss coating over the decals before the Flory wash? If not that’s your problem. The place where the Italian Air Force was based in the time of the BoB It then became an 2nd TAF airfield ! Well... Now the Firebox... Landing light is on, U/C legs started !! The Starfire is almost done too but look here !! So large sprue for such thin parts... Definitely stupid !! I also tasted this on the last Week end… It's so true !! The belgian road are worsening…. So improving the U/C now !! It sounded too massive and then not mechanically logical ! So I bored the hole and opened the actuating fork Now that ones look better ! And then, i prepare the second actuator ! That's one of the easiest way to have flat disc... I think that I will show the result tomorrow... The tailwheel also needed some attentions !! Some filing and now the Wheel enter the fork !! Now, I Wonder, I will let the hook in metallic coating Nobody was using the black and white stripes at the time being... Now the Firefly will soon go to the RFI !! Sincerely. CC Already May !!! I'm 3 kits late on my Schedule I can live with that soooo !! 3

I will add the last actuator tomorrow after a lick of paint on the U/C but nonetheless, the Lady is on her wheels !! Now a last coat of matt varnish...😰 finger crossed, prayers, and so on !!
