melvyn hiscock
I have a theory about Dr1s that I have done nothing to verify, but I wonder if there are now more airworthy replicas than originals? (320) It was a pretty unsuccessful aeroplane. I was amazed at how slow they are!
k5054nz
Maybe one day soon, Melvyn! There are eight flying in New Zealand alone... I'd like to add my voice to the 504K chorus, but if as a guide we look at the number and variety of examples produced by TVAL then surely there's only one type family that is the logical choice: 3C60085A-0A4E-421D-BB2E-E2744D8994C1_zpsgsfegupu by Zac Yates, on Flickr 08D8E33E-4BB0-49D5-AE3F-871FF34940FF_zpsi3mcasvb by Zac Yates, on Flickr 8DA7955D-0942-4CF1-A4F8-B1BEBAEA1005_zpsqerjez8a by Zac Yates, on Flickr 5A38A2BD-15AA-4DB0-AF36-8817B77E5D10_zps0ezytnbc by Zac Yates, on Flickr 26F027A0-C737-48FF-AFA2-D9F356529937_zpsnbao9nwq by Zac Yates, on Flickr 1215AB6B-A6C5-4B7A-A9A2-37FA77E2C3F4_zps4mjkv8ek by Zac Yates, on Flickr Edited April 10, 2018 by k5054nz
Folkbox1
Well, WNW do seem to be on a monoplane kick at the moment so after the Stahltaube and Junkers D.1 I'm thinking Bristol M.1c In which case, bring it on Mr Jackson

Not WNW quality of course, but still perfectly buildable. Ther was also one not so long ago by Alleycat as was, which I've built, and that was an excewllent kit. So I'd rather WNW put their effort into something unavailable elsewhere. Paul.

WNW have stated many times that's their preference also... so expect something new, or a new variant of something they themselves have done...
