Reini78
After doing only Luftwaffe stuff since the year started, my dad finally turns to different WW2 subjects. Started a Hasegawa kit and doing the attractive snake scheme of the 78th FS. modelling minion
Very good and quick work there. The cockpit looks very nice indeed. I do have a soft spot for the P-40 and have always liked the short tailed K, I've got the AMT kit and plan to do it in a similar scheme to the one on the Hasegawa box top.

Reini78
first upper camo tone done Hasegawa calls for Gunze H27 Tan, didn´t have that one so my dad used the selfmixed leftovers from his Iranian Asian Minor schemes last year. It is a mix of Tamiya XF-55 Deck Tan and XF-60 Dark Yellow, AFAIR. For the chipped paint in the wing root areas he used AK Worn Effects fluid. YakkityYak
Looks quite Beautiful! I'm currently working on converting an Otaki P40 to an N model using an old medallion models N conversion kit. I also have an F conversion kit. Hopefully mine turns out as pretty as yours!!

Philtheplanetinker
Looking really good, looks like the same tool as my recently finished p40e, in hindsight I wish I had attached the tail halves to the fuselage first then joined the complete two halves together because the joint just never seemed to completely disappear but it's a really nice tool
