Robin
Just received my kit of the Sword Guppy Avenger with Dutch and French Navy markings, courtesy of MJW Models, their packing and service (and price) was excellent. The kit box was adequate - as good as Airfix, the plastic mouldings are clean with good attachment points to sprues, the decals are colourful with very good register, it would have been helpful if the black and yellow Suez markings could have been provided, but that is what masking tape is for. All in all a very nice kit of an unusual aircraft. Robin.

André Dude, seriously? Have you not seen what the Fleet Air Arm sent aloft in the 30s, 40s, and 50s? Even as lumped and bumped as the "Guppy" was it still doesn't even come close to what clawed aloft from the Royal Navy's carriers! 2

In Sweden we sometimes comment Brittish aircraft's with words like "Typical Brittish". It can be fantastic and beutifull like the Hunter or Spitfire. But usually it's strange and uggly. And for sure that goes for many RN aircraft's as well. But in this case it was an US designed aircraft for the US Navy... Cheers / André
