Studio scale Snowspeeder 1:10 Scratchbuilt

Recommended Posts

My first Snowspeeder model has been painted so far and weathering is very advanced. I have taped (not glued) all parts together because I wanted to have an overall impression. Here are the pictures of it for you:

just amazing. Great, great work. It really is a shame as previously mentioned we don't use real world models anymore for films tv etc. This is jaw droppingly  gorgeous. well done.

Wow, Mark, you've done something unique here, really beautiful work. And the size of the thing!

What do you think, should I put glas windows into the canopy or leave it as it is? Thank you for your input!

I'm inclined to say to leave it as is. Looking at the pictures, I'm not missing a glass canopy at all. The view of the detailed interior is unobstructed and I think the current look of the model doesn't need glass.

Thank you Jeroen!

With the glass I have the same feeling that is not necessary.

Best,

Mark

That's about as real as it gets.

Museum quality I'd say.
