1/72 Mirage 50CN Pantera High Planes Models

Recommended Posts

Morning Lads and Gals:

I`ve finally finished something...

Mirage Pantera, 1/72 from High Planes Models, painted with Akan and Vallejo.

RBF eduard, Griffing bombs AMK, Python 3 Trumpeter, ladder and chocks L`arsenal.

The High Plane Models Mirage IIIE family is extraordinary... there is so much Mirage in each box

that the hardest part is to choose what to build.

I have build both Panteras, single and two seater and they are both superb.

High quality and accurate resins, quality decals, PE set, withe metal bits...

and the best thing is that you find all the bits for the other variants in each box, so many options...

I`ll leave you few pictures here, I hope you like it

Very nice indeed... Fabulous result.

I'm a big fan of the High Planes Models Mirage kit. Great to see so many different finished versions appearing.

Well done!

Superb!!!

The aesthetic of a Mirage is hard to beat, and the Pantera is in a class of its own.

So all the right boxes are ticked. And the build is flawless.

Congrats!!!

Thank you Chaps for all your kind words.

I agree, there are no enough decals to cover all the Mirage III/5/50 variants.

I saw two Panteras while I was visiting Santiago de Chile´s Museo del Aire y del Espacio, one has canards and the other one is the regular looking Mirage.

Your kit looks splendid.

A truly awesome job on that, I just acquired the 2 seater recently, and hope to be starting soon, do you have any photos of yours anywhere?

Hi Graeme:

I got the two seater at about 95%.

Hoping to get some pictures in here in the next couple of weeks.

Look forward to see your builds in here as well.

Cheers

Awesome work Adrian, Are you Chilean? or with relatives in Chile?

Great selection of weapons and really nice camo, my only point is the number on tail, it´s a little more in the center of fuselage (vertical ref). You can fix on the Two Seater

Resultado de imagen para Mirage Pantera

Looks very nice, great paint work and good details I have just one question, do the fuel tanks need "Remove Before Fligth" labels? I think they look great, and I ask this because I want to add them to an Argentine Mirage IIIEA and honestly i never saw them in that place.

Hi Santti,

Thanks for your comment.

I got the idea of the rbf tags from a 1/72 Brazilian  Mirage III.

I’ll have a look to see if the tag on the fuel tank is in the right place.

I’ll PM you if I can find some pictures.

Cheers
