sprue
I'm planning a 1/48 Gladiator Mk II based on the Eduard ex Roden edtion. The decal sheet gives markings for N2308 615 Squadron, Merville, France 1939. However I have my doubts that the instructions which show the squadron code being on the starboard side as T - KW. I think it was KW - T? I've found a photograph which seems to bear out my doubts. Also what is the line on the propeller about a third of the way in from the tip? Artie
Just a tip when building the Roden Gladiator.....Be very careful with the instrument panel....if you build the kit as per the instructions, the fuselage halves WON'T close, for the IP is too wide for the inner spacing. Ask me why I know it..... Best regards

Jure Miljevic
I have always thought that stripe at about two thirds of propeller blade was red and not yellow. Cheers Jure
Admiral Puff
If I were you I'd be following the photograph - you can't get a better reference than that - and putting the squadron codes aft of the roundel on the starboard side. We all know how accurate kit instructions can be sometimes!
sprue
Thanks for all of the input I'm going to proceed as per the photograph i.e. squadron codes aft of the roundel on the starboard side . Thanks to all Mike
