FredG
The intermission is over. I'm back from the frozen north to the frozen midlands and my paint brushes. A nice little band of Austrian Hussars to have fun with. Once again as with the vast majority of my Austro-Hungarians they're Newline Designs 20mm. The trickiest operation of these is this.... It looks much better drilled out.

FredG
The horses I believe are finished. Progress on the Hussars is slow and at the moment looking somewhat untidy. That'll sort itself out as more paint is applied. MrsG has been informed that she may need a pair of ear plugs when I get to the braiding on the dolman and pelisse. FredG
Almost there. I've applied the braid, it's not perfect but it'll do me. Just a bit of touching up and the oakleaves to sort and then it's basing time. It's a pity they have to be in campaign uniform, the crimson parade breeches would have given them some punch.
