Jonners
Mick, that's nothing short of spectacular. The paint finish looks superb and the patient approach to the rigging has paid off. Nice one. Jon

Martin Ford
Beautiful build, what a wonderful machine this is and you have captured it perfectly. I have this in my stash, I think it might stay in the cupboard for a while. All the best, Martin

Pointless fact of the day: carbon black (soot!) was first added to tyres by a UK company, and shortly after by US tire manufacturer Goodrich in 1910. It reinforces the tyre, prevents the degradation of natural rubber when it is exposed to UV. Without the addition rubber tyres were off-white in colour- Will
monsjmse
That's a real beauty. Fantastic job with the rigging. One day I'll have the courage to try it myself... but not quite yet.
pheonix
That is a super model of one of the early types. Reminds me of when I rigged the Etrich Taube (Pegasus 1/72), - that was fun too. Your lines look very good indeed with exactly the right tension. The paint finish is first class. P
Terry1954
You have made a pretty good job of that I must say! I'm very impressed. The rigging is amazing and the finish and subtleness of the canvas wings is so good. I really like the metal on the cowling area as well. Top job!
