When I was researching paint schemes I came across mention of a German Army 3 colour desert camo scheme in relation to the Takom kit. Having a look at the instyuctions online I can't see any mention of this and I wondered if anyone had built this kit, and if so happened to know what colours were used? Mr Bowcat Posted January 15, 2019 Author Share Posted January 15, 2019 Hey Yeti. Yes, Takom kindly emailed me the colour callout for that version. They specidfied A.Mig 026 German Sand Brown, A.Mig 027 German Sand Beige & A.Mig 028 German Grey Beige. Not sure what the RAL codes are. I went ahead and ordered the Ammo by Mig paints, however I could not get on with them at all. They sprayed really badly (probably my fault) and the Sand Brown in particular came out more of a pinky flesh colour, so I ended up knocking together a custom mix with Tamiya paints. Hope it helps.
