The Tickling Stick is Hung Up Forever

Recommended Posts

The famous and much loved Sir Ken Dodd has died at the age of 90

He'll tickle no more on this mortal plane

I'm sad

Oh Bum. I never did get to see his live shows. I was planning to go to the next local one. One of the greats. There are very few truly funny people left.

I've seen his live shows twice over the years, second house on both occasions, so it was very late when we got out!  The man would just not leave the stage, a wonderful performer, probably the funniest comedian I've ever seen.

RIP Ken.

I never got to a live show either.

A truly nice man.

A brilliant comedian who sadly was seen more with his tickling stick on telly than actually doing his stand-up which was simply brilliant.
