harveyb258
Great jig, Dan! That should keep her safe and solid. Cheers, H
larchiefeng
I agree with Harvey, a great jig. Knowing how to make jigs and is as much a part of making things from scratch as the actual scratch building itself. There's nothing like coming up with a jig to hold your work in place so you can have your hands free to do the actual work! I have to make jigs all the time when I'm doing woodworking and it looks like you also have some woodworking equipment as well. Your shop, looks like you have a good place that's large enough to do your work and with the necessary tools to accomplish your vision.

PROPELLER
Thank you very much gentlemen! Yes larchiefeng (Sam?) I'm a lucky man. My workshop, my kingdom, is really just perfect... for me and my work, usually about five or six hours per day! Well, after the first paint coat the chassis is drying. It's now time to deal with the front axle and his reinforcements: On the background, the real car... Of course some machining! Dan.

PROPELLER
It's logical, after front axle, rear one... With a new technique... Wood! Why not? No more brass in my workshop! Let's go: Of course, some brass is sometimes required... Aluminum too: And an old tool, used for the Talbot... Dan.

PROPELLER
Well, today leaf springs... And mounted, in fact the axles are completed! How to? Brass strips (0,8mm x 6mm) and a jig... Riveted in the center, unfortunately without pic.
