Well, the box art is a great piece of artwork.  But does anyone else see a problem with the wing?

The wing in the box art looks like the radically clipped wing of Charles Tucker's No. 28.  The Hosler No. 55 was a different aircraft which did have clipped wings, but not nearly as radical, and with custom made rounded wing tip caps for the clip.

I have been looking forward to finally getting an accurate P-63 in 1/72 scale since this was announced many months ago.  I hope the actual kit has the correct wings so an accurate kit can be built of these racers.

Thanks,

Ed DeKiep

There are sellers on Ebay who claim to have the 1/72 AMG P-63C in stock, so I guess that means it is released. I ordered one, we will see if and when I get it.
