Tiger331 Posted March 3, 2018 Share Posted March 3, 2018 Yep.........notwithstanding the shortcomings of the base kit, it's all about interpretation and in this respect I think you have done a great job, Jurek. It will, of course, be interesting to do a comparison with the brand new Airfix kit and I suspect there will be little competition given the initial readout from kit reviews and regardless of the quite ridiculous commentary on short shot parts - I have two of the kits in my possession and some very modest modelling skills on my part will take care of the issue. Of course, if the damage was far more extensive then that would be another matter to take up with the manufacturer. Like others, I am not a big fan of the 'Spanish School' for finishing right now but its all about personal interpretation and in that respect, I can only admire what you have achieved with a challenging kit.
