Jon Bryon
Hi all, Here's my latest finished aircraft: Hasegawa's 1/48 Vought F4U-7 Corsair. The decals are by Sky Models and the paint is all Mr Color. The wheels are CMK, the blade aerial is plastic card, and the T-shaped aerial is from Quickboost. airbus320
Fantastic job! What varnish did you use for the final satin layer? The sheen looks spot on to my eye Chris
goggsy
Spot on. That finish is flawless, can I ask how you achieved that? It looks like a lot of work went into it.

Jon Bryon
Thanks everyone. The finish is simply Tamiya X-35 Semi-Gloss sprayed through an Iwata RG-3. The exhaust and streaking (AK Interactive Streaking Grime) were applied on top of this. It's quite rough under magnification, but looks okay with the naked eye.
