keefr22 Posted January 23, 2018 Share Posted January 23, 2018 Lovely 762! We flew on a Britannia 767 to Florida back in the days when you could still visit the flight deck. Spent about 30 minutes in there, my son enthralled by the view & me chatting to the Captain (& enthralled by the view!) He was an ex Royal Navy Gannet pilot! I asked him if he'd ever had any problems flying twin engined jets on long over water flights. He replied not with the engines, but he'd once had to divert into Iceland because a number of the toilets stopped working!! Gorgeous model with a really superb finish - like the L-1011 too!
