First into the Gallery...Thanks for the support ladies and gents...

 

For your perusal, N.10 #3920, based on the island of Imbros, 1915-1916...rigging was .005 test and EZ-line for the stabilizer and rudder cables.  Paints: Vallejo Air, plus some Tamiya Clear Yellow...decals went on very well, as usual the struts are a bit fiddly, but they all went on straight on the end.  Up next, the other Nieuport 10...

Ok...I'm done with this GB.  Thanks to Enzo and all the other modellers for getting this one off the ground.  I really enjoy Britmodeller and hope in another 10 years we'll be celebrating 20!  

 

My last entry into the gallery...N.10, aka the XB prototype, early 1915, no markings, rifle attached.  EZ Line, Vallejo paints, some pin washing with black/brown oils and very little weathering.

Hawker Hunter FR10, Academy 1/48 with PJ productions cockpit, rear fuselage and camera nose. Wheels from Aeroclub. Wing tips and tail modified.  Decals for 2 squadron RAF Wildenrath 1969.

 

Half way through the GB I realised I have been on Britmodeller since 2007 so actually its an 11 year anniversary as well so here is my FR10 with a GA11 made earlier.

Modifed tail. Shorter bullet fairing, reduced chord and repositioned tail planes

Extras: Wire mesh (from a cooking spaltter guard) for inside the rear turret basket, aerials from stretched sprue and headlight guards made from scrap PE grills.
