Xuntong SB-2 Katiuska, 1/48......what happened with that kit...???

Recommended Posts

Does anyone out there know anything about it...???? Wasn't it expected to be available around may, 2017...????? Did it fall into the same "announced but never released kits" bin....?????

I found my "shelf of doom queenie" MPM's vacuform kit, and a shiver ran through my spine.....

TIA and best regards...

I forgot about that. It seems to have got to prototype stage:

But I don't know much about what happened when Xuntong become Bobcat.

The SB-2 Katiuska (as they were called during the spanish civil war, except by the nationalist side, wich called them Martin Bombers), was a very important plane, maybe the backbone of the republican "fast" bomber force, and also a very important part of the post war spanish air force, not to mention the important role played during the world war, not just with the russian air fore, but the finnish as well.....
