Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I recently picked up this kit and thought I'd share my progress on BM :)

Obligatory sprue shot

Before I begin is there are faults or problems in this kit that should know about before I start?

That looks interesting. Good Luck with the build. I think I will follow this build If you dont mind.

Welcome aboard :D

Quick update today

Assembled all the cockpit sub assembles and prepped them for some interior green. For anyone planning to build this should be weary of one of the cockpit sub assemblies which I had trouble lining up the two support frames due to the lack of joining surface area

 That's all for today

Be careful when you put the tailplane on as the supporting struts are too short. I eventually used cyano to fix the interior frames as the bond with plastic cement wasn't sufficient

Thanks for the advice :)

Another quick update today,

Sprayed the interior with Tamiya XF 71 and I was pleasantly surprised about how well it sprayed

Next thing to do will be the detailing in the cockpit as well as maybe attempting to make some seatbelts

Hi all,

Progress was a bit slow for the past few days but I got few things done. First of all I painted some of the detail, I'm not sure if any of this is correct but it adds some interest. Added a brown filter in the cockpit and wheel wells

I then attempted to add some seat belts from tamiya tape, these are probably far from correct but they fill the empty seats

Next up: Trying to put the fuselage together :blink2:
