Natter's 2017

Recommended Posts

A busy year with leaving one job, finding and starting another, moving half the length of the country - and in between a little modelling.  Five for the year, one less than my average yearly build rate so far.  Update: I started a Spitfire on Christmas Day and finished it during the evening of New Year's Eve, bringing my total up to six for the year; bang on average. Here they are for 2017:

Revell 1/72 Fokker Eindekker from February:

Heller 1/72 Me-163 Komet (and Scheuch-Schlepper) from December:

I wish you all great modelling experiences for 2018.

Quality stuff Dave, I would not have recognised that as the old Airfix Whirlwind and the Komet is a little gem B)

Cheers,

Stew

Very nice builds indeed. I like the EIII base and figure, and the Quad looks like you could climb in and drive it off! The two WWII builds look great as well, especially the Komet mottle.

Regards,

Adrian

Like them all but LOVE the Whirlwind...silk purse from sow's ear springs to mind (except you've proved it CAN be done!).

Fantastic builds Dave, I take my hat off to you rigging your little Fokker and in the gentleman's scale. Nice Quad to, we'll make an Artillery man of you yet.

Nice builds Dave. Your average for the year is pretty good considering your schedule.
