Can anyone advise whether the 4 x 1000lb bombs supplied in the kit useable?

I'm many miles for an expert but although nice detailed little things, the shape doesn't seem right, a bit too pointy perhaps?

AFAIK the RoG 'dumb' bombs represent bombs fitted with radar fuses, these are more pointed up front than standard 1000 LB bombs.

The bombs are correct as depicted with proximity sensors fitted to the noses, as stated by Hook. this was an optional fit the bomb without the sensor could be seen on tornado as well.  the second image down on this thread; http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/31229-british-1000-lb-bombs-modern/ shows examples of the 1000lb with and without the sensor each side of a Paveway II(UK) LGB.

Admin please delete if not allowed, But I have a Airfix Hi Tech series RAF/NATO weapons kit brand new that I no longer need if you're interested? It includes photo etch and is complete and unstarted.
