Zigomar
Well it is RAF time right now and , of course, I have to share some of my Spitfires from some time ago now! The Vb is from the 64th squadron and was the plane of Lt Plagis when he went back from Malta, it is the Tamiya model with some improvements, the other is the very good Airfix from the new generation plus some Ultracast goodies! Zigomar
seems that the RAF drives less interests than the FAA! you bet!
Paramedic
Stunning builds, very well done. I like the day fighter camo you did there especially. Nice, dark-ish! I have built the Tamiya one a couple of times - seems like it is time to move on to the new Airfix when i do another one however..

Meatbox8
A couple of absolutely beautiful Spitfires. Terrific paint finishes on both and the two schemes contrast nicely. In case anyone is interested the second Spitfire, QJ-J 'Moonraker' was the personal aircraft of Scotsman Sqn Ldr James Rankin, OC 92 Squadron, who claimed 11 and one shared victories in it and who survived the War making a total of 17 and five shared combat claims. Rankin retired from the RAF in 1958.
