Zigomar
Hi folks! After the Albacore, it is time to show my Firefly! The first one, with the figurine, was crashed when the shelves of the cabinet fall, so I had to do it again, and that's the second one! airbus320
Both are superb! Weathering, finish...just right. Very impressive considering what the demoralising loss of the first must have felt like! Chris

JosephLalor
Splendid work on both models. I believe that Evelyn Tentions had a sister ship on the squadron called Lucy Quipment.

Graham T
Nothing wrong with your build & finish but I still think the early Merlin engined Fireflies looked awful!

Hi Pete, it was at Duxford but left about 10 years ago and is at Yeovilton now, unless it has returned since I last visited 2 years ago. However, there is, I believe, an ex-Swedish all yellow airframe, possibly two, waiting to be restored! I think that the original intention was for one to be maybe airworthy and the other to be static though I'm not sure of the current whereabouts of the second airframe and if the intentions remain to fly one again!
Martian
They are both great but I think that the second one has the edge. Martian

Grey Beema
Nice modelling. Always happy to see the BPF represented. Great finishing.. I have a Firefly winging its way to me as I speak. I just hope I can do it half as well as you have done yours...

Hi Tony, That explains why I couldn't find it this year! I thought it was just in another hangar getting a bit of TLC, didn't know that hangar was in Yeovilton. The ex Swedish airframe is still there & looking very weary. Pete
