Second best news of the weekend !...........First was discovering Nickleback will be touring Estonia in May 2018 and managing to get tickets :penguin:

No duff, my high school friend is the bands manager. He was been with them since they formed, he was a rocker too at one time.

I was surprised to see that it is already available in Germany. I thought that it was not going to be released until January or February.

Now it is also available in Norway! My local hobby shop got it on the 22nd of December. Price is 599 Norwegian Crowns. That is about 61 Euro.

Pricey, but cheaper than buying it online with the high shipments costs these days.

Happy New Year!

lLooks like a gem of a kit but, I remain to be convinced that yet another Bf-109 G is desperately needed! Sorry. Bit underwhelmed by this announcement.

Yep, ditto! Whilst I'm sure many will welcome yet another (but high quality) BF109 kit, I am surprised Tamiya has yet to do a 1/32 Griffon Engined Spit?? Perhaps a MK XIV initially with a PRXIX to follow. Come on Tamiya!!

Ah that'll be because I just finished one.

That's what I thought when I saw it, but I didn't mention it; I thought it would be too cruel to point it out to you :D

Cheers,

Should have been a G-2 but who's counting rivets :P

Wonder if it fits on an Eduard G-2.. Would be less work than splicing the dodgy Minicraft frontend.

You'll need the wheel well bulges still if you go the Eduard route so it will need G-6 wings. On mine the dodgy Buchon kit provided the bulges (at least if looking from the outside).
