I often use syringe needles too, I can only vouch for them Ciao Quite a luck in my job.... When I fix the car of a nurse who look sympathetic; I ask for needles.... The first reaction is always amazing..... Then I say that's for modelling... Always a sense of relief from the nurse... Last time I did it, the nurse was at home, she asked me to wait a bit, And came back with a full box of needles, told me that her Ex husband was a modeller too... I think that I don't need to ask for needles no more.... Sincerely. CC
Biggles87
I always ask for the needle after one of the horses is injected, as you say the initial reaction is amusing. John

corsaircorp
OMG !! Aaaaand I manage to broke and this time loose that damned gonio antenna !!! Sunday, I got a walk with Memsahib ... visiting an ancient roman temple not far from home... Amazing ! Only the foundations remains and have been protected for a part at least... This is a kind of huge complex but they stopped searching at the end of the '70.... Another sad belgian story..... Sincerely. CC

Ciao Hello Mr G ! Understandable... Now, there has been generations of peoples who came up the hill, taking stones to build their houses.... Seemingly, the basement only was made of stones since they found square holes in the walls... It was surely from wood or wood and cob, if so, time has took his toll... What is amazing is the expertise of the guys who cut and shape the stones.... Real good job and whithout heavy machinery !! The walls have been protected with an hydrophobic concrete, waiting for any further searches... Well back to Val.... The structure lines did'nt stand proud, masking will be a bit tricky on this one Sanding is almost done too, I still have a small step on starboard wing... Then prop has been cleaned up and primed... More to come soon... Stay safe Gents !! Sincerely. CC
The Spadgent
Those wings are epic!!! Lovely looking thing. 🤩 Likewise the “like” was for the walk not the loss of antenna. 😵😀

corsaircorp
Hello Dears, Just a little add, I sprayed some white... Then I'll mask these 2 pesky stripes... Then the great bearded man up there decided to do the same.... He sprayed white too... April snow, it become usual now.... But -2°c is distastefull.... Well, what can we do ?? Tomorrow will be on the roadside... Snow or not... Take care Gents !! Sincerely. CC 3
