colbee2004
Hi, Do any of you know how much of the fuselage of an A330-300 I would have to remove to make it into a 330-200? Many thanks in advance.

colbee2004
Many thankf to that Andrew, Most useful. I may avoid the surgery on the tail though.
Skodadriver
It's up to you how you build your own model but the extra height of the fin is quite noticeable and if you're making the effort to do the surgery on the fuselage it would be a pity to leave the fin unmodified. The simplest way to do it is to buy a replacement part from BraZ Models. They make both the earlier and later versions. Just cut away the Revell fin, replace it with the BraZ one of your choice, fill in any gaps along the bottom and the job's done. It's so easy that even I can do it. Romeo Alpha Yankee
I have done the tail as per the image in the ARC thread, it was not too hard, though I also now have the Braz Tails for my next -200s
