DAK Kübelwagen - DONE!

SAU

I'm in with a DAK Kübelwagen in North Africa

Looks like an easy kit from their Alzo Zero gameplay range

That is tiny, good eyes!

I'm close to 50 and also really nearsighted so, when the arms aren't long enough too see sharp, I just take my glasses off and with the risk of point out an eye or glue things to my face I've solved it that way.

All parts done for the moment, down soon into the dungeon to load the airbrush

up again for some touch up of the wheels, the mess i did at one side, then I think I''ll go for a color green(ish) change of the cabrio and the back side of the seats

A great build there Jan. Glad to see you didn't paint the inside. As well as being right it makes it look a lot more interesting.

My color refererence was this one

I'd guess that the Kübelwagen all were in Dunkelgrau when they arrived to Africa.

Too much work to mask them inside, seats, instruments etc..

And as you said it gives the model a bit more contrast.

Next step is to add part like jerry cans, sand bags, an MG to make it live up even more
