The Yorkshireman
Good evening all. Unfortunately as I get so engrossed in building, or end up working away for weeks, I do tend to forget to photo the different stages of the build. Here's one I'm in the final stages of, and have a few pics. (Yes I Know The box is upside down!) As others have posted & I didn't take any there are no sprue shots. So without further ado the cockpit was assembled & painted ( with a tiny bit of the good old Eduardo added) with a gentle weathering etc. !! Then the 1/2's glued together. Then it's onto painting........ (will be a little later as I need to take This lady for a walk & SWIMBO wants her tea !!) Thanks for looking..

I don't see what you were worried about, that is a very impressive and solid start! It seems to me you have hit the ground running. Cute dog BTW. 38 minutes ago, Pete in Lincs said: Welcome aboard, and don't forget your anti madness pills Don't worry if you do. They don't work anyway, I'm living proof as is General Melchett! The Yorkshireman
Good evening all, After stinking the house out last night with the primer, I thought s*d it and hit the mossie with Halfords satin black (rattle can). As you can imagine I was flavour of the day with the missus!! I don't normally use the black, but I had it so I used it (normally use Tamiya acrylics or Vallejo Air as they don't smell the house out & a few enamels here and there). Then in a fit of madness started applying the decals (when it had been perfectly dried using SWMBO's expensive hairdryer).

Brandy
Looking good, always nice to see someone's first post. I don't think you have anything to fear in posting future builds! (apart from maybe going a bit doo-lally) Ian

No, its a requirement before your membership application is approved. Mike has the General sifting through applications in order to eliminate the slightest hint of sanity. Strangely enough, my application was fast tracked, can't think why! Martian von Wibble
