Jabba
Thanks for the offer of the mounts, but I would still have no idea as to where to put them as there is nothing on the fuselage to sat where they should go, so I will graciously decline. As for the AMRAAMs the pictures that I have from the article in Air Forces Monthly shows this aircraft fitted with a total of 6 of them, 2 under the wing and the other 4 on the fuselage even if they are drill rounds. Missiles were fitted last night, so it is the fuel tanks and a few other parts tonight.
Jabba
A few more parts added including weapons, fuel tanks and tailplanes. I have also seen from s few photos in the magazine article that the Brown camoed aircraft is fitted with a centre line pylon, so I have painted up mine and will fit that soon. I have also got the ejection seat and the canopy painted, so I just have to fit some painted masking tape straps to the seat so that it can be fitted. Hopefully that will be done by the deadline. I have also discovered that in certain positions this is a slight tail sitter, so I am now careful of here it is placed.
Jabba
Now all finished and although an easyish build I did have a few problems with the acrylic paint. A final photo showing this build with an earlier build of a Hasegawa kit to make a Brown schemed aircraft using the Afterburner decal sheet.
