Hobby Paul
So it's been a week since i dug out my spray gun to paint a part non aircraft related... in that time i've fixed my old model, my eldest sons model, built a Spitfire with my other kids, started work on a Blohm & Voss BV141. Then tonight i see.......... planes for sale on the forum... so hoping to get them... seen a post about works.co.uk having offers on.... so bought some more had a quick look on the Airfix website to see what size models they do for possible future builds.... and pre-ordered two more (Bristol Blenheim MkIV Bomber and McDonnell Douglas FG.1 Phantom) for October and November... as well as begging them to make models of The Scottish Aviation Bulldog and Grob Tutor, two models that mean a lot to me. I'm blaming you lot... well those that have stockpiles for a rainy day.... that's going to be my excuse once SWMBO finds out. greggles.w
BV 141 is a fascinating machine. It was a kit which was always a talking point when displayed in my childhood display case (upside down fish tank .. complete with crack in one pane of glass!). Look forward to seeing the completed item here sometime soon.

tempestfan
The old but nice Airfix Bulldog (SA, their Bristol is about just as nice) should be available via certain auction sites and/or used kit Dealers.

Truro Model Builder
And another one starts the slide down that slippery slope... Remember that slogan from that old drugs campaign? cngaero
We all started with one. Then we crave another, then another and so it continues. Then we start saying "I'll just have one more, it won't do any harm". But then we make excuses by saying "Well, it's a limited addition, or it's out of production". Before you know it, you're a Stashaholic. True it's a slippery slope...................but we love it.
