Turning into Nigel Heath?  Now I have a mental picture of Jeff Goldblum in The Fly.  It's not good.

Its a pretty scary thought an no mistake! :frantic:

Call the Vet ?

 Why for ?

If it is for the poor Albacore, it's a bit too late, he entered another life as a protein chain in my stomach :penguin:

If it is for me it is also too late, I'm made off, even my shrink has commited suicide

Back at the Roc now

See you later

If you had seen the gratuitous pictures of the Heath creature's dinners, you would realise the imperative to stop him multiplying. :shoot:

Hoops, I was about to show the result in the plate

WP_20170719_17_41_39_Pro

Tatzaaaam ! Albacore à la provençale, it has been appreciated.

Must paid a look at Nigel's meal, was it Haggis ???

For the one who build a turreted Roc !!

DO NOT Follow the instructions, look

WP_20170719_19_45_45_Pro

They ask you to glue the barrels on the breech block

:undecided: How will that shoot ???

WP_20170719_22_41_43_Pro

That poor breech block are anemic !

I will make them looking a bit better,

Something like this

4824376638_c4024a2f4e[1]

Sooo, dears,

Will bought a set of barrels with oval perforations, 2 Lancaster packs

I also spend a lot of time on my future RFI

Lots of work tomorrow, hope that I can work a bit in the evening.

See you later,

Take care and have a very nice modelling day !

Sincerely.

Hello Dears,

Very tired, so did'nt do many, I worked on the bucket that pretend to be a seat

And adjusting the turret mechanism.

Parts are felling from my stubby fingers, hairy stick go astray.

cannot make it good that way.

WP_20170722_22_05_47_Pro

I used tiny roll of sand paper for reducing the depht of the seat, will compare with a Spit or Hurri seat tomorrow.

Have a quiet night, hope to get it for myself

And a pretty fine modelling day.

Sincerely.

The resin seat looks way nearer the mark. Had I had one like that, I would have used it rather than pratting around with the kit part.

Thank you Martian,

If you want some seats, I can send it.

Moulds are here at hand.

Sorry I once again run out of likes.

I'm improving the interior and the turret.

Little by little, piece by piece...

Sincerely.

How did I miss a second Roc appearing in the WIP section?:D

Looking towards to seeing how you get on with the turret interior Cc.

Were the Bolton Paul turrets identical on both the ROC and Defiant? There are some great sequences of the latter here:

At least some Skua tanks seem to have been left in natural metal. I am planning to go down that road with my Roc. You have made a good job of the tank.

I checked the exhaust stubs for fit to the engine ring every time I added one, its very easy for the assembly to go out of alignment.

Hello Martian,

Yup, very easy ! I just put 3 at 120° and then check with the ring. This already a pleasure.

Then when the fit seem right; I'll gkue the ring and add the other stacks !

I follow your way Oh Great tentacled from the outer space !

Your idea is clearly the best one for having a good result.

I warmly thank you.

Sincerely.
