Tamiya Crusader Mk. III - 1/48

Recommended Posts

My first attempt at doing any weathering :worry:. I've tried to make it dusty, rather than beat up, with muddy road wheels. I'm not sure if it works...so any tips and feedback whatsoever are very greatly received.

I primed with Halfords grey, brush painted with Vallejo Model Color and weathered with Pinnacle pigments.

For a first attempt at weathering, that's great. A dusty Crusader, as you say.

I think your on your way to one day producing some excellent models.

My only advice would be to look at the WIPs in here, and videos on the web for tips on weathering, and practice and practice and practice, and accept that no matter how skilled you become, sometimes you're going to make a mess of things.

Rearguards,
