Hunter Rose
Cheers guys!  Got a bit more work done on this guy, milliputted the front some more for a front hem.      When it dried i gave it a blast with primer just to see how its looking.     Then i decided to use good all squadron to fill a few areas which i will sand down when dry.     Right can sand again when dry, and hopefullyit will be the last bit of sanding. And I'll also sculpt the hood.  Thanks for looking, more soon
Hunter Rose
Just a quick one, I've sanded down the filler and gave it a blast of primer.    Right, I'm happy with how its looking so thats it for sanding.  Next up I'll sculpt the hood and do some tassles, then its time for paint!  Thanks for looking, more soon

Hunter Rose
Cheers Matt!  Speaking of the hoodie, i managed to get the hood done today, did it in greenstuff and then added some thin wire for the tassles.      Im happy with that, but no paint yet, forgot I still have his web cartridge bracelets to add and his ankle pouches. So thats what I'll be doing next.  Thanks for looking, more soon
Will Vale
I like the tassles, although on my hoodies one end always seems to vanish inside the hood somewhere and I end up pulling out the cord and throwing it away  The segmented belt is really cool as well - very neat work.  Will

Yeah same with mine!  I'm in the process of updating my photo codes, for now heres a quick update of his web fluid bracelets (which I totally forgot about when I mentioned paint soon in my previous post!)  Like the belt, they were done in greenstuff cut to size, wrapped round, smoothed with a little vaseline on my finger and then given the same segmented look with the back of a scalpel blade.  20170630_131304 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170630_131528 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170630_132521 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170630_132018 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170630_133017 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170630_133047 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  Next Im going to sculpt his ankle pouches.  Thanks for looking, more soon

S5 modeller
The green stuff additions look spot on, Hunter. Which green stuff are you using?  Is it the Squadron stuff in the toothpaste like tube? I only ask, as my green stuff doesn't behave anything like yours.

It comes in a strip half blue half yellow and you mush it together till its a uinform green. Its like hard rubber when it dries and sticks like super glue, you have to get it smooth before drying though as it doesn't sand very well at all because of its rubbery nature. Very handy stuff for mods and best of all its cheap!
Hunter Rose
Right update! Hunter Rose
Okay so I was baking a quiche so with the oven out of commission I boiled my ankle pouches and when they were cool I drilled a hole in them and the legs and glued them in place.  20170710_131233 by Nick Frost, on Flickr 20170710_131244 by Nick Frost, on Flickr 20170710_131734 by Nick Frost, on Flickr 20170710_132610 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  And then I used some greenstuff to make the straps by rolling out some thin sausages and then flattening them down. 20170710_133610 by Nick Frost, on Flickr 20170710_133626 by Nick Frost, on Flickr 20170710_134222 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  And even though the greenstuff wasn't fully cured I couldn't resist spraying some primer to tie all the additions together 20170710_134843 by Nick Frost, on Flickr 20170710_134903 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  Sooo close to paint now! I'll need to create my eye masks after I've sprayed the head white and then the fun begins  Thanks for looking, more soon

Hunter Rose
Cheers guys really appreciate it!  Okay time for an update, feels like its been a while, I'm still very busy moving all my photos from photobucket, which I know a lot of you can relate to!  I got spidey sprayed white, and then created some eye masks on the computer which i cut out on my plotter at work  20170711_131359 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170713_105226 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170713_132416 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170713_132640 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  Then after getting them in place, I started getting down the red!  20170713_133146 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170713_133152 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170714_133715 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  And now thats done I'm currently getting the blue of his hoodie brushed on with some enamel paint, much easier then mucking about with masking to spray. Oh and I removed the eye masks.  20170717_132809 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170717_134344(0) by Nick Frost, on Flickr  20170717_134334 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  So next up I'll finish off the hoodie then do the pouches, he'll get a matte coat before brush the metallics so I dont kill the shine.  Thanks for looking, more soon

Hunter Rose
Okay finally time for an update.  Just been brushing on more enamels, got the main colour down on the hoodie, the brown of the ankle pouches.  20170718_134106 by Nick Frost, on Flickr 20170718_134157 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  Got the tassels painted white and gave the pouches a little dry brush. 20170719_132515 by Nick Frost, on Flickr 20170719_132458 by Nick Frost, on Flickr 20170719_132530 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  Then I gave it a flat coat with the airbrush and got the metallics started.  20170720_131538 by Nick Frost, on Flickr 20170721_134429 by Nick Frost, on Flickr  Next up I'll finish the front of the belt and then I'll have to create the mask for his chest logo and get that sprayed on in black.  Obviously these are just the base colours, once I've got the logo on I'll use pigments to add shading, I always feel more comfortable doing that with figures.
