Romeo Alpha Yankee
Thanks TJK (do you have an non anonymous name?) I have a new paint plan, I have had success with a line of Australian produce Lacquer paints from SMS. They spray well and dry quickly. I just have to get the primer coat on to see how much remedial filling and sanding is required.

Glad you have a clever plan for this. It'll look great when done--I have little doubt.

TheyJammedKenny!
Nice, Ray! Just a little bit of work needed around the cockpit, I reckon, starboard side.

Romeo Alpha Yankee
Well this one was rubbed back again and I have been chipping away at it again, I did not like the look of some of the seams and sanding scratch marks on it. So it has been primed for the umpteenth time and I think may be due for some paint.

TheyJammedKenny!
Looks great! Keep working at this one--final results should be sharp. I see you have a Mach 2 Viscount lurking in the background.

follasha
Nice Convair Ray, that is coming up really well. I have built both Mach 2 and Execuform (just finishing) Convair models as Kiwi CV 580s & I'd have to say the Proteus kit probably looks the best of the lot Here's the Execuform build in contrast (very much hard work!!)
