Jonny Posted May 8, 2017 Author Share Posted May 8, 2017 I'm the IP. As it happens, I contacted Guideline. They noted the problem and offered to send a replacement. Because the out of order pages didn't prevent my reading my copy I thanked them and said I can manage with it. They came straight back and virtually insisted I accepted a replacement. So I have.
