Structor
I have been looking for info on the accuracy of this kit. Does anyone have any thoughts? The pictures I have seen look very good but I don't know how well it dimensions in terms of accuracy. Thanks for any and all input. Greg
Nomore Shelfspace
It seems to be a flying model and they may have "made allowances" for this! Here's some sort of link; https://www.rocketreviews.com/apogee-components-saturn-v-170th--by-tim-doll.html
Structor
Thanks NoMore. That link is helpful. Gives me a better idea of what is included and the amount of detail. It is a model rocket that can be launched but from what I gather it is also a very good scale model. The tricky part is finding a review of the rocket from the perspective of scale accuracy. Everything I come up with is written by the rocketry folks and their primary concern is flyability. The thing that has me intrigued is the fact the the various parts can be purchased separately. The ability to buy parts that are hard to fabricate would be handy for anyone wanting to scratch build. Buying the complete kit would pricey but at the moment all options in this large scale are.
