Zigomar
Hello everybody; This is the S79 from classic Airframe using a lot of goodies, home made resin parts and elbow grease to convert a basically good model into a more detailed and accurate rendition. This plane has a special story as it was last seen attacking a British convoy, then lost its bearing to end in the Lybian desert where she was found in the late 60's. The remains of the wreck are now in the Italian museum of Vigna di Valle! best regards.

Spitfire31
Camouflage masochism! Superb result. The Vigna di Valle museum is well worth a pilgrimage! I was there a couple of years back – just the fantastic Schneider Cup thoroughbreds are worth the trip. Magnificent modelling! Kind regards, Joachim

tonyot
You are a brave man for tackling that camouflage scheme but are talented enough to do it credit and the model looks fantastic. Nice touch to replicate the wreck from the museum too as a reminder of the men who flew the aircraft and died in the desert, Cheers Tony
