https://www.flickr.com/gp/149247612@N04/CV2mz3 Finally found time to upload my 1:72 Airfix Dogfight Double, only the 3rd kit I've attempted, trying out some simple weathering techniques, and I'm quite pleased with the end product. It has been a learning curve, I enjoyed the little bit of info on the build instructions about the pilots and the aircraft. All in all it was a pleasant build, any feedback is welcome.

Love the finish, wish my attempts at weathering were that good (currently nearing my 80th completed build!)

Extremely well done!

Thank you, I'm nearing completion on a Mustang P51-D, and have just started the Airfix Dehavilland vampire, may add that one to the group build at the mo.

The paint chipping is great and panel line detail good, I'm a newbie too but not brave enough to try weathering shading panel lines etc. Enjoy a dog fight double.
