Graham Boak
Fine on my 1/144 Li-2. More generally, Rusian kit decals have a poor reputation and require a coat of varnish before using them, but many of these stories date back a long time now. Similar tales used to be told of Czech/Polish kits but nowadays they are as good as any.
Lowbrow
I've used them once so far. They where thin, and laid down well for me using standard techniques. The print quality wasn't too good. Resolution was poor, as was registration. The colors where far from saturated, slightly translucent and could have used a white underprint in most cases. Much of this is evident looking at them on the backing paper, so if you decide to use what you can see, you'll find they work just fine.
