Bjorn
At least the SKa 24D long range camera is necessary to create a feeling of SH 37 - otherwise it looks identical to AJ 37. This one was always mounted on SH 37, so it is a pity that it is not included - you simply must have it to build a SH 37.http://www.rebell.com/ska24-long-range-camera-for-saab-sh37-viggen-tar-sh.html MSK Flash Pods were also very common on the left side: http://www.rebell.com/msk-flash-pod-for-recce-viggen.html It could also carry other armament, however this was not always the case and was more common after the AJSH 37 modification. But as you can see on the box photo, it could carry the Rb 04 anti-ship missile. I fact, on the box photo it looks more like a AJ - it is just the number 13 that reveals that it is a SH (F 13 wing never flew AJ 37).

Plus the additional bits to fix the issues of the main kit. I think it could have been a good idea by Tarangus to at least add those required pods...otherwise it really looks like a rip off. Sorry, but that one is just not convincing me...again. Would have loved to have a Viggen, but that's a bit to expensive for me.Hopefully one of the mainstream will one day show up with a 1/48 Viggen. Agree. As much as I want a 1:48 Viggen I cannot justify the price tag. Since the Tarangus release I am looking out for a "bargain" but to no avail so far. I could accept the price for a better kit of the Viggen but obviously Tarangus and SH do not take the opportunity to address the issues in their new releases. As a small company they should be flexible enough to do this.

Too bad it will probably NOT have the night flash pods. Now I will have to start saving up for it, with its 695SEK price tag. Or, I can buy a bunch of Maestro resin sets (Air Intake, Wheel wells, Exhaust) for my ESCI JA-37 Jaktviggen kit. I already have the Maestro recce nose and a Neomega cockpit set. I wonder which would be more cost effective? Larry
Homebee
Source: http://www.tarangus.se/2017/06/25/regarding-our-shsf-37-viggen-kit/ Quote REGARDING OUR SH/SF 37 VIGGEN KIT JUNE 25, 2017 When we had already launched and started distributing our latest model, we were advised by modellers that an important part was missing. It is the camera sight on the right side of the photo nose equipped version SF 37 Viggen that was not in the box. It had been forgotten by the CAD people who made the master – and not noted by us. Today we have sent a resin part with instruction to our retailers. To get this part, please contact the shop you purchased your model kit from. Sorry for your trouble The Tarangus staff V.P. Homebee
New limited boxing - ref. June 12, 2018 In the twilight of the Viggen’s career, the Swedish Air Force modified and re-painted a number of SF 37 Viggens for the Rapid Reaction Force. Although never put into action, these classic aircraft made an impact on the world and once retired, quite a few found their way to museums worldwide. Tarangus has just released a limited special edition of this brutal classic of an aircraft, only 500 models will be made. So hurry up to get yours before they sell out! The decal sheet includes markings for one gray aircraft and two splinter camo aircraft. V.P.

Paramedic
Just guessing, but probably not since it is not "needed"... I mean the older box don´t have it.. But in my opinion it should of course. Can´t cost that much. I´ll probably gonna pick up a box soon-ish, I´ll let you know about it.
