AntPhillips
Great build, I remember watching that episode of 'Sailor' too. I keep intending to pick up the series on DVD, I have great memories of watching it as an 11year old.

Ex-FAAWAFU
Lovely job. You could do an interesting history of the type using that airframe: HAS1 to HAS2 to HAS 5 to HAS6 to HU6CR...

I'll be doing two versions of another 'famous' airframe though, in HAS.2 and HAS.6(CR) guises..... I have a long term plan to do something similar with a Lynx: HAS 2 - HAS2 with nose blown off on Broadsword in 1982 - HAS3 - HMA8
Head in the clouds.
Nice to see an early King. I can remember the programme 'Sailor' and watched it often, probably because my Uncle served on her during his time in the Navy. Gary

Head in the clouds.
Sorry Andy, I am going to use the new boxing Airfix HAR3 kit, It too has a window that needs blanking. Now I have had a look at your link it all becomes crystal clear, thanks for the prompt reply. Cheers Gary.
Alpha Delta 210
Don't know how I missed this first time around! Absolutely stunning build. I too enjoyed Sailor in my youth, and couldn't resist buying the DVD box set a few years ago. I feel another viewing coming on...
