Admiral Puff
So as not to hijack Jockney's thread, I'll start this one: I'm sure there was a furphy around a wee while back that there was a 1:72 kit of the Clipper (by Academy or Minicraft, IIRC) coming out. Am I right, or just having a senior moment? If correct, has there been any further news?
Madhatter
There is the Anigrand 1/72 kit (which I bought recently) and TMK, that is the only 72nd kit of the Clipper available. Although I would happily be proven wrong

Admiral Puff
Thanks to you both. Every time I think of Combat Models or Anigrand I have to sit down with a stiff single malt until the twitching goes away!

Admiral Puff
My preference is for Balvenie Doublewood (see the "Best Box Art" thread on the Chat page here) but at present I'm also inching my way through a birthday present bottle of Ardbeg Uigeadail, which I'm trying to spin out for as longĀ as I can. It's too good not to, and the exchequer won't go to replacing it!
Horatio Gruntfuttock
I'll be around in a couple of hours to help you Admiral. Sounds like an admirable way to wile away the time!
