Mpfiend
Very interesting wok you are doing here Dan, you have really captured the body shape of this beautiful car with your modifications. I really like the work you have done with the wood to create the coach built frame work. Regards Keith.
PROPELLER
Thank you very much Wayne, Poul An Keith! It's not an easy way, I admit. But it's a part of the challenge, to approach the wooden bodywork, I said approach... Well, lot of work, and nothing great to show. But for the moral, it is good to check if all is well, for now! The spare well hatch. Not completed, two days... Dan.
larchiefeng
Nice clean work Dan! What is your day job; brain surgeon?
PROPELLER
Thanks Wayne! My day job? Pocher's surgeon... I'm retired! In my first life, I have been an advertising man... I have now to adjust the doors... And of course to do this, I must think about the locks. Fortunately, only two! And as you have seen, that doors seems as chicken coops doors rather than luxury cars doors...First steps: Two parts by Pocher, cam and a part of the spring, the rest, mine...It must be functional, of course! In situ... Have a nice modeling Sunday!Dan.

PROPELLER
Thank you gentlemen! After the locks, handles and hinges... And some settings, of course. I used Pocher's hinges, not in the same way... The interior handle is really a pure product of the 30': On the body... And the handle in detail: Executed on my dirty, dusty, rusty Unimat 3, as me, but it works! Dan.

CrazyCrank
Excellent job, Dan, as always, and very inspirationaml, as usual....I'll remember all that methods when necessary, if you agree so, of course. You're building faster than me, the advantage to be retired I'm actually moving my medical office in another town, so, I'm unable to see patients, and unable too, to build anything ! Roy vd M.
Showing the milling machine breaks the illusion of these parts seeming to be 1:1-scale. Extremely diligent work!

Pouln
I love your updates. Fantastic work. Question. The milled parts. Are they to guide the alignment of the doors when closed?
PROPELLER
Correct Poul... In the real life and on my model too in fine, the doors are very heavy!
Pouln
Good idea to prevent sagging of the doors.
PROPELLER
Thank you very much Tourpretendent! Inside again... The real life: What a windscreen, you will understand... Now! Rear portholes: Milling machine, always, on mahogany... I have to show you my "hight tech" tools: Structure of windscreen, method and result. PROPELLER
Thank you very much gentlemen! Today, same player shoot again... Side windows: Nothing to see? Be patient. More clear now: Woodwork too... Of course closed without difficulty is better... Dan.
Pouln
Hi Dan, This is looking fantastic. I ser that the doors will close next yo the dash panel. Did you take into account the thickness of the door padding? Would be a pity if you find out that the dashpanel is too wide after getting the upholstery done. PROPELLER
D'ont worry Poul, thanks... All is_for the time being at least_ under control! Nothing done, just a paint layer? Nothing visible in fact! Can be the frames of the rear windows ... Or the floor... Varnish inside... The real challenge was: Dan.
